Soccer lost a close game last night vs. CPA 0-2. The girls battled through extreme heat and few subs and put together to put together one of their best games so far! The defense was playing strong, winning tackles and defending as a unit, connecting passes with the midfield to break pressure. From there they successfully built an attack and created many scoring chances with shorts on target from Ella Thomas, Mary Pearson Woods and Alle Epstein. Our goal keeper also had an outstanding game keeping 11 shots out of the back of our goal! We look forward to traveling to Davidson Academy on Thursday for our next match
