Application Process

Application

Completing and submitting the online Application is the first step in the Admissions Process. The application deadline is December 1.

Once submitted, the Admissions Team will generate a personalized checklist for your daughter in mySCA. This checklist allows you to submit supplemental documentation and will be updated as each item is received or completed.

For students applying to the Learning Support Program, all required supporting documentation must also be submitted by December 1. This includes a current psychoeducational evaluation (completed within the last three years) and a current school learning plan or equivalent documentation from the student’s school.

Transcripts

The Transcript Release Form must be submitted by a parent/guardian to the Candidate's current school. The school will process the request and send her Transcripts to St. Cecilia Academy directly. Transcripts emailed or sent directly from a parent/guardian to the St. Cecilia Academy Admissions Office will not be accepted.

Recommendations

ISEE Testing

ISEE scores are required as part of the admissions process and must be submitted by January 15.

For your convenience, St. Cecilia Academy offers two on-campus testing dates:
December 5, 2026, and January 9, 2027.
Students are welcome to test at SCA or at any approved ISEE testing site. Register and browse available testing dates and sites on the ISEE Website.

Check-in for on-campus testing begins at 8:30 a.m. in Alumnae Hall, with testing beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m.

When registering for the ISEE, please use St. Cecilia Academy’s school code: 571239 so that score reports are sent directly to our Admissions Office.

ISEE fee waivers are available for applicants. Families seeking a waiver must first complete the FACTS financial aid application. Once submitted, please notify the Admissions Office for review.

Family Interview

Family interviews are scheduled through the Admissions portal, mySCA.

All required checklist items must be completed by January 15 in order to schedule an interview ahead of the decision release date.

If your application and supplemental materials are completed in advance of the deadline, you may be eligible to interview earlier.

The family interview is a required part of the admissions process. We ask that the student be present, along with at least one parent or legal guardian, and encourage all parents/guardians to attend when possible.
