• Application

  Completing and submitting the Application is the first step of the Admissions Process. Doing so enables the Admissions Team to generate an individual Checklist for your daughter, so you are easily able to track her progress in the Admissions Process in mySCA. Your daughter's Admissions Checklist will be updated regularly as items are submitted or completed.

• Candidate Questionnaire

  The Candidate Questionnaire must be completed by the Candidate in the mySCA Admissions Portal. Parents may use their mySCA login credentials to access the Questionnaire from the Checklist.

• Transcripts

  The Transcript Release Form must be submitted by a parent/guardian to the Candidate's current school. The school will process the request and send her Transcripts to St. Cecilia Academy directly. Transcripts emailed or sent directly from a parent/guardian to the St. Cecilia Academy Admissions Office will not be accepted.

• Recommendations

  St. Cecilia Academy requires the following Recommendations for consideration of admission:
  
  - Math Teacher Recommendation
  - English Teacher Recommendation
  - Personal Recommendation
  
  To request each of the Recommendations above, log into the mySCA Admissions Portal and click the "Start" button on your daughter's Checklist. 
  
  

• ISEE Testing

  ISEE at St. Cecilia Academy – December 6
  

  • St. Cecilia Academy will host the ISEE on December 6, 2024.
    • Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. in Alumnae Hall.
    • The test will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
  • To register or to browse additional ISEE dates and locations, visit the ISEE website

  St. Cecilia Academy's ISEE Registration Code is 571239.
  

  • When registering your daughter to take the ISEE (at SCA or another location), you must provide the code above so the Score Report is sent directly to St. Cecilia Academy. 

  
  ISEE fee waivers are available to St. Cecilia Academy applicants. To request a fee waiver, families must complete a financial aid application through FACTS. Upon completion, notify the Admissions Office for your request to be considered.

• Family Interview

  Please choose a date from the Family Interview schedule on the Admissions portal, mySCA.  We encourage you to complete all other Checklist items before January 15 to accommodate interviews.
