Since 1860, St. Cecilia has formed young women of intellect, faith, and purpose. As Nashville’s oldest continuously operating high school, our legacy is strong, but what defines us is the experience our students have each day: a community where girls are known and valued, where relationships matter, and where each student is encouraged to grow into the woman she is meant to become.
Guided by our pillars of Wisdom, Grace, and Excellence students grow in confidence and curiosity. They are supported by teachers who care deeply, surrounded by peers who lift each other up, and given opportunities to explore their unique gifts both in and out of the classroom.
