Why Give to St. Cecilia Academy?

St. Cecilia Academy is a private Catholic high school owned and operated since 1860 by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia Congregation. Because we are not a diocesan school, independent sources of funding are crucial for improving, expanding and sustaining our excellent academic, extra-curricular, and athletic programs, as well as helping us realize our dreams for the future. Involving partners in the mission of St. Cecilia means other people have a share in St. Cecilia’s good work of ennobling young women, equipping them to excel, and inspiring them to lead lives of integrity.

We are grateful for the generous and ongoing support of alumnae, current and alumnae parents, current and past grandparents, faculty and staff, and friends who, year after year, allow us to further our mission as the only Catholic college preparatory all-girls school in Nashville. Thank you for investing in the young women of today…and tomorrow.

Whether you choose to help by providing for the daily resources needed to operate the school through gifts to the Annual Fund, supporting an endowed scholarship for perpetual support of deserving students in need, offering tuition assistance to support current students in this fiscal year, or by pledging to capital projects, your gift is an opportunity to partner with us in the crucial work of forming young women who can go out to transform the world. Thank you for having faith in us, but most of all for having faith in our girls.
