2021 - 2026 Strategic Plan

St. Cecilia Academy's Strategic Growth Plan, The Dominican Difference: Forward in Faith, Truth, and Excellence, provided a roadmap to guide the school's work for the past five years of growth and expansion.   

The planning process, led by the Institute for School and Parish Development, spanned 12 months and involved hundreds of people. School parents, past and present, faculty and staff, alumnae, community friends, and supporters shared their voices and best wisdom as they completed surveys, participated in interviews, served on planning committees, and joined the final convocation gathering. The strength of this growth plan for St. Cecilia derived from the engagement of a wide range of people with various perspectives. Their input helped SCA articulate its strengths, identify its biggest challenges, and offer strategic solutions for prioritizing goals that position St. Cecilia Academy to move confidently into the future.
