Vendor Guidelines

The St. Cecilia Art Market & Festival will be held at St. Cecilia Academy on April 4, 2019 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. There is no booth fee for this event; however, merchants are required to submit 20% of their profits to St. Cecilia Academy’s Alumnae Scholarship Fund.

Eligibility and Jurying

The St. Cecilia Art Market & Festival is open to merchants who exhibit work of their own concept and execution, as well as locally owned and operated businesses in our community. Merchants must personally attend their booth and be present for the duration of the event. Selection is made on the basis of three recent photos representative to the items to be sold at the event.

The St. Cecilia Art Market & Festival committee reserves the right of final selection of participating merchants. Applications and photos will be judged on quality, creativity and originality of the design. Merchants are encouraged to exhibit a specific category of craft, rather than a variety of miscellaneous products.

The committee will jury all merchants before the event and determine the eligibility status of the application no later than one week after application is submitted.

Space and Logistics

Exhibit space is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please include your specific requests and the committee will contact you for specifics and questions regarding your requests.

St. Cecilia will provide the following: three six foot tables for each vendor and chairs for merchants. All tables must be covered by a tablecloth. St. Cecilia will provide tablecloths for merchants.

Set up for the Art Market will take place on Thursday, April 4, 2019, from 9 a.m. until noon. You must be set up for purchasing by 4 p.m.

There will be no dismantling of display or packing of the product prior to the close of the event.

Vehicles must be parked in designated area after load-in.
