Campus
St. Cecilia Academy is situated on the beautiful 83-acre Dominican Campus in West Nashville. Home to Overbrook Catholic School (a preschool-3 through 6-grade coed elementary school), St. Cecilia Academy (all-girls 7-12), and Aquinas College (a college specializing in bachelor's and master's degrees in education and the liberal arts), the Dominican Campus provides a peaceful respite from the bustle of Harding Pike and the growing Nashville area. Originally home to the Overbrook estate, the Dominican Sisters purchased the property in 1923. The campus became home first to Overbrook Catholic School in 1936, then to the relocated St. Cecilia Academy in 1957. In addition to providing the perfect outdoor classroom exploration and research environment, the campus features athletic fields, a full-sized track, six tennis courts, and a cross-country course that hosts the diocesan elementary school meets.
