St. Cecilia Academy participates state-wide High School Math Competition at Lipscomb University
Every spring, the Tennessee Math Teachers Association sponsors a state-wide High School Math Competition. Twenty-two Nashville-area schools participated in the competition at Lipscomb University. St. Cecilia Academy had one student place in the top ten for her course: Penelope Herrero-Marques (pictured right) placed ninth in the geometry level of competition.
Congratulations to all 26 math students who participated in the various levels: calculus, pre-calculus, algebra II, geometry, and algebra I.
