Our goal at St. Cecilia is not just to educate young women, but to develop them into happy, confident, self–assured adults. It is our belief that community service should not just be a class requirement but a way of living their Christian life. Every class and extracurricular group at St. Cecilia is involved in community service - a fun and unique way to develop their desire to serve.
The National Honor Society offers tutoring assistance, the Art Club assists in the Chairish the Kids Auction, the Sodality sponsors Christmas gifts for a needy family, the Spanish Club assists with the YMCA's Hispanic Achievers program, and the Student Council has monthly service projects such as making dinner for Ronald McDonald House, canned food drives and St. Thomas Baskets.
