SCA Athletics Department Forms

TSSAA changed standards for incoming freshmen physicals TSSAA and the Tennessee Board of Education has just changed the standards for incoming freshmen for the 2011-2012 school year. All incoming freshmen must have a complete "well-child checkup" by their physician. The athletic mass physicals will not be accepted for 2011-2012 school year freshman.
