Welcome to the Fine Arts Department. We are proud of our fine arts program at St. Cecilia Academy. The program is a fine tradition that has been upheld since the earliest days of the Academy during the Civil War when genteel young women would pause from their academics to take part in musical ensembles not only for pleasure but for the discipline of the craft.
Today's young ladies of the 21st century continue the tradition of excelling in the arts at St. Cecilia Academy and have been successful at every level — state, regional and national. Many of our students continue in the arts as a career or as a minor in college. I personally have been blessed with alumni who have returned to assist me in my productions and who have generously shared their talents with our students.
It is our pleasure in the Fine Arts Department to serve your daughters, to help them realize their talents and blossom as consummate visual and performing artists.
