Greetings!
My name is Michael La Haie and I am the Dean of Student Affairs at St. Cecilia Academy. The 2008-2009 school year will be my fourth at St. Cecilia and my 19th year in education.
I graduated from the University of Memphis in 1988 with a degree in Secondary Education and received my master’s in administration and supervision from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002. My wife Mary and I have been married for 18 years. We have two wonderful children, a son who is a senior at Father Ryan High School and a daughter who is a sophomore at St. Cecilia. I am a life-long Catholic and an active member of St. Henry Parish.
St. Cecilia Academy has a long and rich history of educating some of the best and brightest young women of Nashville, Tennessee. In my role as Dean of Student Affairs, I work closely with students, parents, faculty and staff to establish a culture of self-discipline, respect, gratitude and excellence in all pursuits and endeavors at St. Cecilia.
